It is unclear if there is an updated version of Greetings Workshop specifically for making calendars. It may be best to search for alternative software options suited for creating calendars.
I love this program (the original Greetings Workshop). Are there any copies available for purchase?

Yes, there may be copies of the original Greetings Workshop available for purchase from various sources. It is recommended to search online marketplaces, such as e-commerce websites, for potential sellers offering the program.
I have used Greetings Workshop for several years and I use it often, very often. However, I had to get a new laptop as my old one completely died. I can't find my Greetings Workshop CD's to download on my new laptop. Do I have any other option other than buying the program again?
This is a very old application, released sometime in 2002. There have been 15 years now, and the app is still available only on Amazon, but I wouldn't recommend getting it because it won't be compatible with the latest versions of Windows. Instead look for something that can be used on nowadays computers.
I doubt that Greetings Workshop works on the Windows 10 because the software was released back in the 1996 which is a long time since then. The ISO with the application is still available on the Archive websites. You can download it for free since it's considered Abandonware, but to run it you'll have to install a virtual machine with the help of VirtualBox.
You can also use a tutorial to learn how to properly set up a machine to be able to run the program.
Note: A valid Windows XP installation disc or ISO is also necessary to install the operating system in the virtual machine.

Greetings Workshop is an old application developed by Microsoft and compatible only with old Windows operating systems. If you use Windows 7, you can try to download and install Windows XP Mode and install the application in this environment. Windows XP Mode makes it easy to install applications that compatible with Windows XP directly on a computer that is running on Windows 7.
I bought Greetings Workshop several years back and love the program, but it suddenly quit working. As far as I know the disc is fine but the program simply will not work. I don't want to have to buy it again. Any ideas on how to remedy this? Thanks!

Could be that an increase in memory might be the problem. Try www.fogma.co.uk/foggylog/archive/367.html - where it's suggested that the problme might be caused by having too much RAM.
My disc that came with computer is cracked & will not run. Love to make my own cards & have been for years. Need to know how I can download or get a replacement disc? I have Vista OS but the disc I have is version 2.0 that requires Windows 95.

You can still buy the application with CD from Amazon store, but there is no other version except the one for Windows 95. It won't work in Windows Vista due to compatibility. The only thing you can do is to use a replacement to design your greeting cards. You can use PrintMaster 6 from Broderbund to design greeting and business cards for your own needs.
Why do I have to run test before I can print? I have a HP Envy 4520 printer.

This is unusual behavior for an application to test print something before it can be used. I advise accessing its Settings menu in order to find out if there is an option configured to cause this behavior, but since the printer works correctly, there is no need to test print something first. There could be a possibility the software might be corrupted. Try reinstalling it and then check its behavior.
No, Greetings Workshop is a Windows program and cannot be downloaded on a phone. It is only compatible with Windows operating system.

You can use a service like JukeBox Print to create online greetings eliminating the need to install something on your PC: https://www.jukeboxprint.com/editor/greeting_cards.php
